Accessing and using this site, submitting forms, subscribing to the newsletter or opening support tickets constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This site is operated by Claudio Corona Ruiz, an individual doing business under the trade name "Ratio Innovations", located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico. Contact: contacto@ratioinnovations.tech.

You agree to use the site lawfully and in accordance with these Terms. Without limitation, you may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to restricted areas, accounts or systems.
• Perform vulnerability testing, denial-of-service attacks or any action that compromises the security or availability of the site.
• Scrape content at scale using automated tools.
• Submit false information, spam, malicious code or unlawful content through forms, tickets or attachments.
• Impersonate another person or company.

The information on this site describes Ratio Innovations' services in general terms and does not constitute a binding offer. Each project is formalized through a written proposal or contract that sets out the scope, deliverables, timeline, acceptance criteria, price and payment terms.

Unless otherwise stated, quotes are valid for 30 calendar days from issuance. In case of any conflict between these Terms and a signed proposal or contract, the latter prevails.

Prices, deposits, payment schedules and currency are agreed in each proposal or contract. Ratio Innovations issues the corresponding electronic invoices (CFDI) in accordance with Mexican tax law. Late payment may result in work being suspended until the account is brought up to date.

The text, logos, trademarks, designs, graphics, code and other content of this site are owned by Ratio Innovations or used with permission from their owners, and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from them without prior written permission.

Rights to the deliverables developed for each client are governed by the corresponding contract. Unless otherwise agreed, economic rights to deliverables developed specifically for the client are transferred to the client once the project has been paid in full.

Ratio Innovations retains ownership of its pre-existing or general-purpose tools, components, libraries, methodologies and know-how, and grants the client a license to use those incorporated into the deliverables. Open-source components are governed by their respective licenses.

Ratio Innovations will treat as confidential any non-public information the client shares in connection with a request or project, and will use it solely for that purpose. A specific non-disclosure agreement can be signed when required. Ratio Innovations may mention the client's name and a general description of the project in its portfolio, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Support requests are handled through the site's ticket system. Our goal is to respond within one business day; this is a service target, not a guarantee, unless a contract sets specific service levels. Resolution times depend on the nature and complexity of each case.

You are responsible for the information and files you submit through the site, and you represent that you have the rights needed to share them. Attachments may be scanned automatically for malware, and Ratio Innovations may reject or delete any file that poses a security risk.

The site may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as WhatsApp or social networks. Ratio Innovations is not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of those services, which are governed by their own terms.

The site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available". While we strive to keep the information accurate and the site secure and available, we do not guarantee that it will be free of errors, interruptions or vulnerabilities. Warranties for contracted services are those set out in each contract.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Ratio Innovations will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data or business opportunities arising from the use of, or inability to use, the site. For contracted services, Ratio Innovations' total liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the service giving rise to the claim, unless the contract provides otherwise.

Ratio Innovations will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including widespread outages of infrastructure, telecommunications or power providers, natural disasters or government orders.

Ratio Innovations may update these Terms at any time. The current version will be published on this page with the date of its latest revision. Continued use of the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the changes.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Mexico. For their interpretation and enforcement, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, waiving any other jurisdiction that may apply by reason of their present or future domicile.
