The party responsible for processing your personal data is Claudio Corona Ruiz, an individual doing business under the trade name "Ratio Innovations" ("Ratio Innovations", "we" or "us"), located in Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, Mexico.

We collect personal data directly, when you provide it through our forms, virtual assistant (chatbot), support ticket system or email, and automatically, when you browse the site. The categories of data are:

• Identification and contact data: name, email address, phone number and company.
• Request data: service of interest, estimated budget and timeline, project description, content of messages and support tickets, and attachments.
• Billing data, when you engage a service: legal name, tax ID (RFC), tax address and tax regime.
• Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, operating system, pages visited and date and time of access.
• Administrative account data: credentials, access logs and authentication factors, for authorized staff only.

Ratio Innovations does not request or process sensitive personal data (for example, health information, ethnic origin, religious beliefs or political opinions). Please do not include this type of information in messages, tickets or attachments. If we receive it incidentally, it will be deleted.

We use your personal data for the following primary purposes, which are necessary for the relationship you request or maintain with us:

• Responding to requests for information, quotes and inquiries.
• Preparing and sending business proposals.
• Delivering contracted services and managing projects.
• Handling technical support tickets and following up on each case.
• Issuing invoices and managing billing and payments.
• Protecting the security of the site, preventing fraud and misuse, and keeping audit records.
• Complying with legal obligations and responding to requests from competent authorities.

Additionally, and only with your consent or unless you object, we may use your data to: (a) send our newsletter with news, articles and case studies; (b) conduct satisfaction surveys; and (c) produce internal statistics about the use of our services.

These purposes are not necessary to provide our services. You can object at any time by emailing contacto@ratioinnovations.tech with the subject "Secondary purposes", or through the unsubscribe link included in every newsletter. Objecting will not affect how we handle your requests or any contracted services.

This site does not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. We only use:

• Strictly necessary cookies: CSRF attack protection, language preference and, where applicable, sign-in sessions for the administrative area. The site cannot work properly without them.
• Browser local storage: an anonymous identifier that keeps your conversation with the virtual assistant continuous.
• Cookieless analytics: we use Umami, a self-hosted analytics tool that produces aggregate visit statistics without setting cookies or building individual profiles.

To operate the site and deliver our services, your data may be processed by providers acting as processors on behalf of Ratio Innovations, under confidentiality and security obligations, including our web hosting provider (Hostinger) and our email delivery provider. Some of these providers may be located outside Mexico.

If you choose to contact us via WhatsApp, that communication is also governed by WhatsApp's (Meta Platforms) terms and privacy policy.

Ratio Innovations does not sell, rent or share your personal data with third parties for advertising purposes. We will only transfer data without your consent where the law allows it, such as to comply with a request from a competent authority.

We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above and applicable legal obligations:

• Contact and virtual assistant requests: up to 24 months from the last interaction.
• Support tickets and their attachments: while the case is open and for up to 24 months after it is closed.
• Newsletter subscriptions: until you unsubscribe.
• Security and audit logs: up to 12 months.
• Client accounting and tax records: for the periods required by Mexican tax law.

We maintain administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or processing, including: HTTPS encryption of communications, password storage with strong hashing algorithms, two-factor authentication for administrative staff, role-based access control, sign-in attempt limits, scanning of attachments and audit logs of administrative actions.

No system is completely infallible; if a security breach significantly affects your rights, we will notify you without undue delay in accordance with applicable law.

You have the right to Access your personal data, Rectify it when it is inaccurate or incomplete, Cancel it when you consider it is not needed for the stated purposes, and Object to its processing for specific purposes (ARCO rights). To exercise them, send a request to contacto@ratioinnovations.tech including:

• Your full name and a way for us to send you our response.
• A copy of a valid official ID or, where applicable, documents proving legal representation.
• A clear and precise description of the data and the right you wish to exercise.
• Any other information or document that helps us locate your data.

We will respond within a maximum of 20 business days from receipt of your complete request and, if your request is granted, we will carry it out within the following 15 business days. These periods may be extended once for an equal period when justified, in which case we will notify you.

You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your data at any time, or ask us to limit its use or disclosure, by sending a request to contacto@ratioinnovations.tech with the same requirements as in section 10. Please note that in some cases we may not be able to act on a withdrawal immediately when a legal or contractual obligation requires us to continue processing your data. To stop receiving the newsletter, simply use the unsubscribe link included in every email.

This site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have received a minor's data without the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete it.

We may update this Policy due to legal changes, our own needs or changes to our services. Any update will be published on this page with the date of the latest revision. We recommend reviewing it periodically.

If you believe your right to personal data protection has been violated, you may file a complaint with the competent data protection authority in Mexico. Before doing so, we invite you to contact us so we can address your concern.
